Our client is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their highly rated team in Leeds. This is a exciting opportunity for a Solicitor around 1-3 years PQE to work with corporate clients across the UK on a range of Real Estate transactions.

Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property-related agreements and contracts.
  • Advising clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases and development.
  • Supporting clients across sectors such as retail and logistics
  • Working closely with the Partners on large transactions.
  • Helping the team on business development
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Keep up to date with changes in real estate law and industry practices.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;

  • A solicitor between 1-3 years PQE
  • Strong academics
  • Proven experience in handling commercial property transactions and related matters.
  • Ties to Leeds
