About Our Client
The hotel offers a stylish setting for weddings and events with extensive conferencing and exhibition facilities, including one of the largest exhibition spaces in the West Midlands.
Ensure all arriving and departing guests are dealt with according to company policy
Assist guests with information about the hotel, its services and the local area
Take customer reservations for bedrooms and dining in person, over the telephone or by email
To address with priority any issues which could impact on guest satisfaction
The role requires different shift patterns to be worked, you will need to be flexible and be able to work weekends
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience as a Receptionist or working Front of House.
Essential skills include the ability to multitask, maintain customer confidentiality, flexibility and deal with different kinds of people.
