Job Description

  • Conduct proactive headhunting and approaching top talent candidates directly
  • Deliver market mapping and candidate research to support the Partner Hire recruiters
  • Leverage internal databases and networks, as well as social media
  • Develop candidate pools in key growth or capability areas based on demand
  • Ensure shortlists are inclusive and meet our D&I commitments
  • Develop internal pipelines and candidate pools, driving internal mobility opportunities for our people
  • Develop competitor market intel to support hiring decisions
  • Use candidate ATS accurately
  • Support the Partner recruiter team in stakeholder management
  • Ensure consistency of approach, execution and delivery across all Partner Hiring and follow the firm's partnership governance

The Successful Applicant

  • A 360 recruiter with a passion for candidate experience & engagement
  • Proven track record of successful hires, preferably in a high volume recruitment role
  • Professional services recruitment experience is preferred, recruitment agency experience also preferred but not necessary
  • Confident using social media and Boolean searches to headhunt prospect candidates
  • Confident communicator who is able to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience using an ATS system
