Job Description
- Conduct proactive headhunting and approaching top talent candidates directly
- Deliver market mapping and candidate research to support the Partner Hire recruiters
- Leverage internal databases and networks, as well as social media
- Develop candidate pools in key growth or capability areas based on demand
- Ensure shortlists are inclusive and meet our D&I commitments
- Develop internal pipelines and candidate pools, driving internal mobility opportunities for our people
- Develop competitor market intel to support hiring decisions
- Use candidate ATS accurately
- Support the Partner recruiter team in stakeholder management
- Ensure consistency of approach, execution and delivery across all Partner Hiring and follow the firm's partnership governance
The Successful Applicant
- A 360 recruiter with a passion for candidate experience & engagement
- Proven track record of successful hires, preferably in a high volume recruitment role
- Professional services recruitment experience is preferred, recruitment agency experience also preferred but not necessary
- Confident using social media and Boolean searches to headhunt prospect candidates
- Confident communicator who is able to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience using an ATS system
