Job Description

  • Mentoring, coaching and motivating recruitment teams/hiring managers
  • In depth understanding of the UK technology labour market
  • Able to think strategically on how to handle recruitment challenges and implement actions plans
  • Detailed understanding of the RPO model of recruitment delivery and preferably some knowledge working with RPO partners
  • Analyse and present market data to report trends
  • No candidate sourcing is required in this role

  • Ideally from a Technology or Consultancy background
  • Able to advise colleagues on recruitment best practices
  • Drive collaborative behaviours across the business
