Job Description

Michael Page Life Sciences UK are nearly 2 years old and are well on our way to an established team fully embedded as a leading agency within the sector. Having leveraged the Michael Page brand with new expertise, we continue to heavily invest in the growth of the team off the back of our early success by looking to make several hires by the end of 2022. We are looking to hire experienced sales professionals from a range of backgrounds who are looking for their first role in recruitment or their first role in a new sector. We are looking for good sales professionals, we can teach you recruitment and the industry.

The key responsibilities of a recruitment consultant include:

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment
  • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Offering CV, interview and general career advice
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
