Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional strategies that align with national objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee operational performance, ensuring consistency with company policies and values.
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximise profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, driving innovation and strategic initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Report directly to the executive team, providing insight and recommendations on regional performance.

The Successful Applicant

You're likely an experienced Director or General Manager with a track record of leading complex operations and delivering results. You bring:

  • A strong track record in the BPO or aligned sectors with previous experience of delivering services to the public sector
  • Strategic vision and the ability to translate it into actionable plans.
  • Strong operational, commercial and financial acumen.
  • A people-first leadership style that motivates and empowers.
  • Experience managing multi-site or regional operations.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence at all levels.
