About Our Client
An extremely successful business with a predominantly blue-collar workforce, with sites across the UK, this family-owned business continues to experience positive growth.
This is an end-to-end HR generalist role encompassing Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development and Reward.
You will have sole responsibility for partnering with the leadership of a defined region, covering a range of branch locations.
The Successful Applicant
You will have strong experience in a blue-collar, Operations-led environment such as Construction, FM, Manufacturing, Distribution etc.
You will have experience of regional roles and be comfortable with the accompanying travel requirements.
You will be currently operating at HRBP level and looking for a new partnering role.
