Job Description

Taylor Wimpey are looking for a proven HR Business Partner to build trusted relationships with Regional Managing Directors and their business units and provide proactive and comprehensive people solutions in line with the HR strategy. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support the development and delivery of business plans by influencing the divisional and business unit people agenda and through the delivery of a full range of HR topics which include talent, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, engagement and performance management. This role will also be responsible for the day to day operational delivery of HR activities including effective case management and proactive day to day guidance on employee related matters. Working with the Head of HR and centres of excellence, the postholder will also be expected to contribute towards and lead projects and initiatives across the group and company- wide to deliver the HR strategy.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a commercially driven, data lead HR Business Partner with a strength in using people analytics to identify trends to inform and influence decision making. You will need to operate with commercial and pragmatic acumen and be comfortable working with multiple priorities at pace. This is a field-based role and will require the postholder to travel within their geographical region with travel to head office and any other business units to attend meetings when required. You would also have the agile/flexible working approach we have as a business. Although some travel is expected for this role, you will also have the opportunity to work in remote locations across company sites or regional offices as well as the opportunity to work from home, to meet the individual and business needs.
