Job Description

* Provide management support to the wider business

* Performance management and bi-annual audits

* Ensure OFSTED Compliance

* Maximise profitability of the region

* Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities

* Provide assistance and support to Managers in relation to Child Protection issues

* Oversee recruitment activity

* Training Needs Analysis across the region

* Induction of new Managers

* Plan, organise and direct staff as needed

The Successful Applicant

* Experience at managing multi-sites

* Children's Services experience is ESSENTIAL

* Be confident to open new homes

* Confident in decision making

* Personality that puts the needs of service users at the centre of decisions

* Positive outlook, Resilient and a Team Player

* Level 5 Leadership & Management in Children's Services

* Related management experience of minimum of 5 years

* Knowledge of employment legislation

* Experience of business growth and development

* Children's fieldwork experience

* Multi-home management with a minimum of 'good' OFSTED
