As one of the United Kingdom's most recognised High St retailer, they are currently operating over 500 stores in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
An exciting opportunity for a high achieving, proven Regional Manager to make a significant difference.
You will be responsible for developing the patch. Succession planning is key to success within the role and responsibility for a team of high achieving store managers.
You will be responsible for monitoring your teams development and providing relevant training and support.
This is the ideal opportunity for a driven and ambitious person that can demonstrate rapid development in their current business and is looking for a fresh challenge. You will be looked upon to bring new, innovative ideas to drive growth within the team and will be required to take a flexible, hands on approach to your work.
Having a passion for technology, services and the internet of things is key to the values of the business and would need to be demonstrated from the off.
The Successful Applicant
As Regional Manager you will need to have the following:
*Living within the Midlands area and flexible on travel
*Multi site retail experience; management of a small, medium and large retail sites
*Experience of delivering exceptional sales, shrinkage, customer service and operational standards
*Experience of managing profit and loss accounts
*Able to deliver results through others by active coaching and performance improvement
*Ability to develop management capability within the area and manage performance at all levels
*Experience of developing Area Succession Plans for sustainability.

What's on Offer
This Regional Manager position offers a salary up to £65,000 + company car/allowance, bonus, private health cover, staff discount, pension, excellent training.
