About Our Client

As Regional Manager, you will deliver the regional profit budget by leading and engaging branch teams to deliver great customer service, profitable growth and to operate with the highest regard to safety.
To ensure operational best practice is embedded to deliver on working capital targets, specifically in stock and debtor management.
The Successful Applicant
Leadership of a multi-branch trade counter / merchant business, ideally as a Regional Manager with a good knowledge of building products.
Strong drive and determination, with an sound understanding of customer needs in a trade counter / distribution environment.
Proven track record of delivering branch-based projects to time, to budget and to the right standard.
Excellent coaching and management capabilities, with a track record of up-skilling sales and operations teams.
