Job Description

  • As a recruitment expert, you will influence stakeholders across various levels to implement an effective recruitment strategy, ensuring that weekly hiring targets are met and aligned with business growth.
  • Your role will involve delivering consistent recruitment services, designing regional strategies, managing attraction budgets, and ensuring compliance with marketing and branding standards.
  • This field-based position requires working from home, branch locations, and central offices, with a focus on addressing recruitment challenges in the region.
  • You will lead a small team of regional recruiters, guiding their attraction activities and fostering their professional development in line with the organisation's commitment to prioritising people.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Recruitment Business Partner should have:

  • Experience of volume recruitment
  • Strategic in their approach
  • Managed teams
  • Confident managing stakeholder relationships
  • The role requires 2 - 3 days a week travelling to sites from Stoke to Cheltenham
  • Travel can be expensed
