Our client is one of the UK's largest and most successful B2B media companies. Specialising in Print, Digital and Events they are one of the most established and respected brands within the industry.
As Regional Sales Director you will have the following responsibilities;
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Full responsibility for Bristol based Sales team, supporting individuals to achieve their revenue and personal development targets.
- Coach and mentor the team on a day to day basis.
- Ensure all company policies are adhered to.
- Identify opportunities to grow the client base in the South West.
- Perform a player manager role.
- Manage senior client relationships.
- Support with product development.
- Work effectively with the wider management team in the business.

- Successful track record of leading and developing sales teams.
- Strong personal track record within B2B sales.
- Strong consultative sales background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driven, adaptable, enthusiastic.
