Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with Building Merchants and DIY suppliers
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers
  • Prospect, lead chase and get in front of new business
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
  • Manage relationships and grow accounts

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • Demonstrable experience of winning new business from Building Merchants or DIY suppliers
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
  • A hunter mentality with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Live in the South of the UK with the ability to travel frequently
