Job Description

As a Regulatory Reporting Manager you will:

  • Work within a team of three on all aspects of regulatory reporting including various change projects
  • Production of monthly and quarterly regulatory reports on an accurate and timely basis.
  • Production of monthly internal MI for ALCO
  • Assess, develop and maintain proper controls associated with regulatory reporting function including data reconciliations and cross checks, variance analysis and investigation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness, timeliness and accuracy of regulatory and other MI data feeds, financial information and other inputs. Streamline processes wherever possible.
  • Assist the implementation of a new regulatory reporting system to aide automation
  • Assist with the implementation of new business/product changes & future regulation changes
  • Drive the understanding of capital and liquidity reporting requirements across the business and provide regulatory support to other functions as required
  • Ad-hoc support to wider finance and treasury team

The Successful Applicant

To be successful as a Regulatory Reporting Manager, the following is desirable:

  • 1 or 2 months notice
  • Financial services experience within banking or building societies
  • Experience of regulatory reporting including COREP, FINREP, PRA and statistical returns
  • Knowledge of liquidity, capital and credit risk is preferable
  • Experience with implementation of regulatory reporting and Treasury Management Systems
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good excel and MI experience
