About Our Client

A leading Housing Association in North London, with a tenant base of 2000.

Job Description

The role will involve the monitoring, management and reporting of the responsive repairs and void contracts on behalf of the Housing AssociationIncluding:

  • Management of instructions, orders and recharges
  • Budget responsibility - monitoring and management of spend against set budget targets
  • Invoice reconciliations
  • Contractor performance monitor and management against set KPI targets
  • Ensuring value for money is gained
  • Complaint management
  • Chairing contractor meetings
  • Work collaboratively with teams and individuals across the Association
  • Contribute to the development of the Association policy and practice relating to asset management.
  • Assist with the departmental budget plan
  • Compile reports /statistics (such as KPIs/budget reports) and general reports for internal use, Committee and Board as required on Asset management functions.
  • Responsible for work quality control - pre and post inspections
  • Participate in the out of hours rota system if required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working within Social Housing Repairs
  • Experience managing Repairs Contracts
  • Excellent Communicative Skills
  • IT Skills
  • Willingness to work in a blended environment (Site/Home/Office)

A DBS is desired but one can be conducted prior to start date.
