About Our Client

A leading Social Housing provider in the Midlands, looking to grow and expand their Responsive Repairs team.

Job Description

  • Managing a team of Trade operatives to work productively, efficiently and to an excellent standard
  • Holding responsibility for team performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
  • Contractor management duties
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is being provided by the team at all times and working with a customer centric approach
  • Dealing with employee relations issues within your team, including sickness, performance management, and conduct issues
  • Carrying out surveys and diagnosing faults to ensure appropriate outcome is planned
  • Investigating and resolving any customer complaints within required timescales

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have BTEC or HNC in related to building/construction industry
  • Experience of leading and managing a team of multi-skilled Trades and Contractors ideally
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience, ideally with social housing tenants
  • Experience dealing with complaints/investigating complex issues
  • A full driving license is essential
