About Our Client
A leading national law firm with offices that work together as one team. The firm has an innovative approach and invests in its staff. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will take on a full residential conveyancing workload, working on a transaction from initial inception to post completion.
You will be involved in all aspects of transactions, including reviewing legal titles to freehold and leasehold transactions, drafting contracts for sale and transfers together with ancillary documentation.
Transactions can range from simple conveyancing transfers to plot purchases, sales of part, easements, trust documentation etc.
For residential conveyancers with more experience, there will be an expectation that you assist in the supervision and mentoring of more junior members of the team.
The Successful Applicant
To join as a Residential Conveyancer, you must have prior practice experience of the whole conveyancing process.
You must be prepared to provide excellent client service and have good technical skills and knowledge.
For more experienced candidates, some experience of mentoring junior fee earners is desirable but not essential.
