Their residential team works almost exclusively on the acquisition, disposal and development of high value residential properties. Being based in the firm's Bournemouth office means that you are just a short distance away from the high value properties in Sandbanks.
As a Residential Development Solicitor, you would be required to run your own full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.
There will also be some small scale residential development transactions for you to work on and scope for you to build and develop this aspect of your workload.
The Successful Applicant
You should have experience working as a Residential Development Solicitor (or other legal qualification) or Residential Property Solicitor. Ideally you would have 4+ years PQE.
You will have the ability to run and manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion, dealing with sales, purchase and re-mortgages for freehold and leasehold properties.
Given that a large proportion of their residential work comes through referrals, you should have excellent skills in respect of business development, relationship building and client service.
