Job Description
The Residential Property Paralegal will pick up a caseload of remortgage work and you will deal with full title checks, deal with complexities and queries, liaise with clients, 3rd parties and customers and assist with the conveyancing process.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a Residential Property Paralegal with ties to Leeds. You MUST have a minimum of 12-18 months conveyancing or remortgage experience and be confident to handle your own caseload. You will have previously dealt with title checking in your previous roles.
