Retention Marketing Executive
About Our Client
This role is responsible for delivering the day to day email and DM activity to drive orders from the existing customer base. Existing customers account for 50% of all consumer revenue. The role will operate across the two key brands.
This is an analytical role focussing on both database and direct marketing.
The role also supports all service related communications for both brands and support of the marketing database which includes all legal compliance with Data protection laws, management of marketing opt in and unsubscribe requests and supporting evidence for any legal/compliance challenges. The role also supports recruitment for all customer research initiatives, NPS and customer review collection
