Job Description
As the Reward Analyst you will be a key member of the global HR Performance & Reward Centre of Excellence. You will:
- Lead on key reward projects such as Gender Pay and CEO Pay Ratio Reporting.
- Provide data analytical support to the team
- Play a critical role in delivering year-end performance, bonus and pay processes
- Support on major Reward projects
- Act as advisor to key stakeholders on Group Performance & Reward policy and procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in an analytical role in a complex global organsiation (ideally as a Reward Analyst)
- Advanced excel skills
- Excellent analytical, modelling, data analysis skills
- Delivery focused
- Stong Stakeholder Management skills
