Job Description

To assist the Head of Risk and Compliance in maintaining the risk register and ensuring the risk framework is fit for purpose

To assist the Head of Risk and Compliance in maintaining the ESG management framework

To ensure the organisation maintains up to date governance across its policies, procedures and systems

To manage the ongoing compliance monitoring requirements across businesses corporate structures and the investment vehicles it services

The Successful Applicant

Experience working in a risk and compliance team, whether that be in a corporate setting or a financial services

Experience of managing and developing risk enterprise wide risk registers

Ability to prepare documentation for stakeholder's groups at varying level

Knowledge of the AML, KYC, corporate structures and conflict rules

Ideally qualified IRM/CIA/ACA/ACCA/ICA
