Risk & Controls Business Partner

Collaborate with business units to identify, assess, and prioritise risks associated with their operations.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

Monitor and report on the progress of risk mitigation efforts.

Evaluate and enhance existing internal controls and processes to ensure they align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Implement and document new controls as necessary.

Conduct regular control self-assessments and assist with internal and external audits.

Build strong working relationships with department heads and key stakeholders to understand their business processes and objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on risk and control matters.

Support cross-functional projects that require risk and control expertise.

Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to risk management and controls.

Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Provide training and guidance to employees on risk and control best practices.

Raise awareness about the importance of risk management and control across the organisation.

Present data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
