Job Description

  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective risk controls.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide insightful analysis to senior management to support decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with internal departments to promote a risk-aware culture.
  • Provide guidance and training on risk management best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in risk management.
  • Preferably some professional exposure within financial services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
