Job Description

Sales Director - Aviation GSE

Covering EMEA - based ideally in UK or mainland Europe

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the aviation sector across EMEA.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, airports, distributors, military organisations, and municipal authorities.

Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and stay abreast of competitor activities to ensure our competitive edge.

Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to optimise customer satisfaction and retention.

The Successful Applicant

Sales Director - Aviation GSE

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the aviation industry, preferably in the ground support equipment sector.

Deep understanding of the aviation market dynamics, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and industry trends.

Strong network of contacts across airlines, airports, military channels, and municipal authorities in the EMEA region.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable plans.

Willingness to travel extensively within the EMEA region as required.
