Job Description

As their sales director, your role will be to deliver the vision and growth of the business as part of the senior team/board.

Their model is built around tracking and targeting key, relevant consumer brands. There's no lead gen team here just the craft of building partnerships that get results and their client conversion rate speaks for itself.

Instead, you'll partner with prospects to understand their business needs and objectives, working closely with the technical team to then build and present pitch/proposal documents that consistently secure new target clients.

The Successful Applicant

To make a success of this role you must love winning. They're a high growth, acquisitive business with a clear business vision.

Ideally you'll currently be leading a new business or growth function in an agency or consultancy with a strong paid media, performance or maybe broader digital focus and be wanting a career that offers much more.

What's clear whether you're in London or The North is you'll relish this challenge and the chance to put your own stamp on this newly created role. No doubt it's demanding but it's vital that you'll want to make it fun, interesting and hugely rewarding.
