Job Description

Sales Effectiveness Manager

We are seeking a candidate with a background in sales operations, ideally but no essential within the industrial or construction industry, who possesses strong analytical and communication skills. You'll collaborate closely with various departments including CX, Pricing, Controlling, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure cohesive efforts towards our goals.Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales execution, customer segmentation, and territory management. You'll establish best practices for sales processes, monitor performance metrics, and provide insightful reports to senior management.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting commercial strategies to drive sales performance, along with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and implementing actionable strategies. Additionally, you'll have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

The Successful Applicant

As a Sales Effectiveness Manager you will:

Have experience in sales effectiveness or commercial excellence roles, we encourage you to apply. A qualification and experience in implementing sales effectiveness initiatives or process improvements would be advantageous, as well as familiarity with territory management systems and cross-functional team dynamics..
