Job Description
Sales Enablement Manager - SaaS - London
- Lead the sales enablement function on a UK and globally
- Develop my clients sales approach to best deliver growth and minimise churn
- Build professional relationships with commercial heads and line managers to assess the development needs of employees in the Sales function
- Ensure the sales and marketing function are equipped with the right tools, to achieve what is set out
- Design and build the approach to sales training
- Keeping up to date with competitor activity
- Continually assess the effectiveness of your approach to sales enablement training and identify required improvements based on performance metrics
The Successful Applicant
Sales Enablement Manager - SaaS - London
- Demonstrable track record of a sales enablement position, ideally within a SaaS business or technology focused.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A high level of self-awareness and skills in training and coaching
- Ability to work alongside senior members of the business
- Happy to adapt and change on market conditions
- Hungry to have a real impact on a business from day one
- Enjoys the feel of a start up, however like the opportunity to work for a more established business
