As Sales Manager you will have the following responsibilities;
- Grow, develop and manage a new business Inside Sales team.
- Support the team to achieve their KPI's and revenue targets.
- Ongoing training and coaching for the team.
- Support the team to implement plans to help them achieve their targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team.
- Lead from the front with your own sales target.
- This position is office based in Bristol.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record managing an Inside Sales team.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and targeted environment.
- Demonstrable track record coaching and developing a sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable performing the role of player manager.
- Experience within SaaS (Desirable)
