Job Description

The Sales Manager will:

  • Develop and drive sales plans to achieve goals focused around projects, installer relasionhips and wholesaler segment.
  • Identify opportunties across the UK to develop direct and channel partners to resell battery storage systems for installation.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful sales manager should have:

  • A solid background in sales of solar, battery storage, energy is really important.
  • Proven experience in a sales role ideally within electrical environment.
  • Strong business sense.
  • Work from home anywhere in England.
  • Astute negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills.
