Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities* To work within the Business applications team to assist in the ongoing support and maintenance of the company's enterprise applications.
* Be confident in engaging with stakeholders across the business to document, identify and assist in implementing Salesforce functionality that will support Keyloop's future business requirements.
* The ability to create declarative solutions to issues that are identified in accordance with Salesforce best practice
* The ability to learn and support business applications that directly and indirectly integrate/support the Salesforce Platform.
* Work with the Business applications team to prioritise/assign Jira backlog and supporting colleagues with identifying solutions.
* Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to help translate business requirements into logical technical designs; define technical solutions in Salesforce.com to support business work processes and bring the design to life through declarative or programmatic solutions working with our development team as required.

The Successful Applicant

Key Skills & Experience* All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
* Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
* Sandbox environment management
* DevOps/release management experience
* Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
* Identify unused or underutilised platform features
* Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
* Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
* Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
* Technical documentation
* Management of integrated applications and third party suppliers including Xactly, Oracle CPQ, Natterbox
* Experience in running/managing Scoping/Requirements gathering/Process mapping sessionsQualifications

Essential:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Recognised Agile Project Management qualification or equivalent experience



Desirable:

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
