About Our Client
Our client is a successful and growing Software business based in Bristol.
As the SDR Team Leader you will have the following responsibilities;
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives.
- Create and execute a Sales cadence to book demonstrations for the sales teams.
- Recruit high calibre Sales Development Representations into the team.
- Coach and train the SDR's on a daily basis.
- Support the team to grow within the business and achieve promotions.
- Lead and support the team to consistently deliver on targets.
- The role is office based in Bristol.
