About Our Client
Our client is an award winning telecommunications business based in the South West of the UK.
As Senior Account Manager you will have the follow responsibilities;
- Drive revenue growth within your account base.
- Ensure high levels of customer service are applied to the account base.
- Achieve all growth and retention targets.
- Grow customer spend and cross product penetration.
- Convert new business leads.
- Accurately forecast.
- The role is a mixture of being out in the field and being in the office.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven demonstrable track record of success within account management.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications marketplace is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Clean driving licence.
- Driven, resilient and hardworking.
