Their aim is to work with the biggest brands in the World, adding more to the impressive client list they have already established. This agency works with clients across Retail, FMCG and Sports. Joining a team of 60 plus, they are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team. With loads of new business opportunities for the agency they are looking to grow their team.

Job Description

To manage and develop client projects and the day to day running of accounts, delivering excellent client service at all times, build long lasting relationships with clients, internal departments and external partners.* Ensure that you understand and immerse yourself in your clients category, products, challenges and markets
* To support your Digital Project Director in the successful delivery of the team's agreed targets
* To secure additional revenue, cross-selling and identifying opportunities to further develop the account
* Work through initial creative concept, planning, proposal, production, delivery and optimisation/live management
* To demonstrate a solid understanding of Digital in regards to Brand Activation/Retail Marketing/Digital Advertising and drive best practice and innovative thinking across these areas
* To build relationships with your client contacts and utilise them to identify and influence new contacts and opportunities for growth
* Manage a diversity of communication campaigns from start to finish
* To demonstrate financial control/input to accounts from all aspects (WIP, debtor days, forecasts, creative output)
* To contribute to strategic proposals
* To ensure your direct reports each have agreed objectives and development plans for the financial year complete with measurable and meaningful timescales

The Successful Applicant

Experience of managing other team members is desirable but not essential

We are looking for someone who has the desire to improve personal performance and support other team members whilst doing so.
