Job Description
As the Senior Account Manager, you will:
- Play a key role in developing key stakeholder relationships and understanding what opportunities may arise with the account
- Work on maintaining existing revenue streams and seeking out cross sell and up sell opportunities
- Develop internal relationships across the Group to seek out potential growth opportunities
- Discover opportunities and pain points within accounts to deliver solutions to address those needs
- Maintain sufficient pipeline to deliver, and exceed revenue targets
- Work with Marketing to ensure relevant and targeted campaigns to client base
- Work with internal teams to deliver proposal in line with customer expectations
The Successful Applicant
As the Senior Account Manager, you will:
- Have a strong sales track record across the Managed IT Cloud Services sector, selling a range of services such as cloud, security, infrastructure, etc
- Have a strong account management background, where you have developed account plans, built strong relationships and delivered growth within them
- Have a track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Have a background in developing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure revenue base is grown YOY
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
- Be comfortable discussing complex technology solutions and skilled in organising the right expertise for the client
- Location is remote with offices across the England, such Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, London
What's on Offer
Up to £80,000 Basic Salary + Excellent OTE + Benefits
