Job Description
- Acquisition of new accounts
- The Senior BDM is accountable for delivering the P&L for the given partner portfolio across GBUs and across markets
- Negotiate the annual trading terms with the customer in line with overall strategy
- Define and negotiating pricing strategy to be executed with different partners in the given geography, including Rebate management process
- Work closely with B2B Area and Central team to provide input on Sales toolkits and portfolio menu and customise global toolkits for this region of influence
- Define distribution network for relevant market/partners
- Conduct business review with customers, collects data from customer and analyse it and share it internally with the team for necessary actions
- Compliance monitoring on commercial terms
- Close collaboration with project manager to ensure timely servicing of the contract
- Management of multiple, potentially conflicting, customer relationships

- Senior 'Hunter' with proven new business development on identifucation & closing national B2B contracts within the Out of Home / HoReCa Channel
- Focus on outcome and comfortable working in a lean organisation. Fast decision making.
- Strong communicator capable of building strong working relationships
