About Our Client
This North London NHS Trust is redeveloping to provide the calibre of mental health care that our service users deserve, expect and that is fit for the 21st century. This includes developing two new and vibrant integrated community mental health centres and a warm and welcoming inpatient facility.
To lead all operational matters around the Trust's internal Communications Strategy and activities, both immediate and long term, to ensure the Trust has an inclusive and well-informed workforce. This will frequently include materials of a complex and sensitive nature, and will require a high level of analytical skills and judgement.
To set up and script regular all-staff meetings using Teams Meetings and covering a wide range of topics. This involves booking external speakers and liaising with the relevant Exec speakers and producing attractive content in the form of slides/etc
To be responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of the Trust's annual report. This will require managing another colleague in the team to ensure that the report is produced to time and in compliance with Dept of Health guidelines.
The Successful Applicant
MUST HAVE COMMUNICATIONS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE NHS
3+ year experience within PR, marketing, communications and stakeholder management
An individual that will grow, develop and raise the profile of the organisation who can take a lead on all areas of marketing and communications.
A forward thinking self starter who is confident in their ability to lead on all operational matters around the Trust's internal Communications Strategy and activities.
