Job Description

  • Update, maintain and build data for multiple reporting needs
  • Profit and loss reporting and analysis including both revenue and costs
  • Performance reporting against budgets across various areas of the business including sales, renewals, claims and back office teams
  • Producing regular management reports with meaningful information that is accurate, up-to-date and that adds value to the management team
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts and the uploading of all budget and forecast data to the accounting system
  • Work with the team to develop / improve reporting as well as produce new reports when required
  • Ensure that all internal and external audit requirements are met
  • Ad Hoc reporting on all aspects of the business

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced Excel and Access skills with experience in other MS Office products
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, excellent communicator with a good eye for detail
  • Experience of working with large data sets
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - delivers results and demonstrates accountability for actions with the highest level of quality
  • Understanding concepts or new ideas and being able to implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Good stakeholder management skills Experience of working in a team environment
