About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing retail business with a truly multichannel route to market. Customer-centricity is key and has underpinned their success - this role is all about taking that customer relationship to the next level.
This is a truly fantastic opportunity. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Senior Customer Engagement Manager will lead a team in driving the marketing strategy through both direct and digital channels. You will balance commercial understanding with a customer first mindset to ensure that all activity can be measured, grown and most importantly loved by customers.
The scope of this new role is wide and will involve running customer campaigns, driving loyalty, harnessing CRM to target effectively, instore activation, ensuring enhanced website content and at all times ensuring consistency of brand / message.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Customer Engagement Manager will:
- be a customer-centric marketer with a background in retail (ideally)
- be adept at managing a consistent brand message through multiple routes to market (digital / traditional direct)
- have a mindset that thinks of customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty and retention
- be passionate and driven to make a difference
