Job Description

Reporting into the S&OP Transformation Lead, this role will be responsible for S&OP maturity improvement to unlock maximum value creation for the group by positioning it as a cross-functional and collaborative business process. key responsibilities include;

  • Ensures deployment and dissemination of best practices and improved processes
  • Supports and Coach local S&OP teams on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitors performance of the forecast on all its dimensions, consolidates regularly a performance report
  • The S&OP Expert is also responsible to ensure all activities related to communication, stakeholder and change management in order to harmonise processes

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will;

  • Logistics or Supply Chain degree holder
  • Project Management & Change Transformation capabilities
  • Presentation and communication skills at all hierarchic levels
  • Analytical skills (i.e. Demand & Supply planning knowledge)
  • Knowledge of planning tools (especially: Power BI, Anaplan or other ERP tools)
  • Minimum 6 years Planning / S&OP experience within an FMCG environment
