Job Description
As Senior Development Manager, you'll have:
- Experience in delivering a portfolio of projects from land led, regeneration & s106, predominantly from start on site through to end of defects
- A full understanding of risks associated with capital development, and how to manage and mitigate risk
- Understanding of stakeholder management
- Experience of reporting
- Experience in managing multiple consultants
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have delivered a range of projects, leading on complex land led, JV, regen and s106 schemes from cradle to grave.
