Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsFull ownership of Quality globallyVery large FMCG businessAbout Our ClientGlobally known FMCG supplier business based in Southwark, offering very flexible working and excellent career progression.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the role include:Align with Packaging Category direction and overall Quality direction to establish and deliver functional outcomes in support of the overall category and goals.Provide people management and leadership to the regional packaging quality leaders, setting clear objectives, providing management support, and ensuring delivery of the business in the regions and best practice sharing / collaboration.Engage with the Packaging Supply Chain leadership and other business partners to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment on business priorities and category objectives.Drive quality program/systems across global packaging suppliers base to ensure suppliers enforce and align with quality goalsProvide crisis management leadership as needed to resolve critical issues within the packaging supply chainThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have a background in:History of progression in quality and/or engineering related rolesKnowledge and or history in working in a continuous manufacturing (ideally packaging) environmentKnowledge of QMS and CI processes.
