Their head office is based in Reading and this role will have high level exposure to the senior management and directors across this international manufacturing business, leading the commercial strategy for key business units across the UK. This company is well known for being highly ambitious and innovative at growing and expanding its well-known product offering.
Job Description
The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for driving the successful completion of long term projects and proactively engage with senior stakeholders on key commercial decisions. You will work with the business to understand their future strategies and how to achieve the best outcome for the business and external clients. You will own the relationship between commercial finance and operational stakeholders driving active discussions on the P&L, Budget and Forecast for your business units.
The Successful Applicant
Applicants for this Senior Finance Business Partner role should be qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable experience in stakeholder management of operations or supply chain. You should have previous experience working for an operational in nature business such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering and Logistics.
What's on Offer
Package on offer £80,000-£85,000 Basic salary, Bonus 15%, Pension, PMI, Parking, 25 days holiday, flexible working.
