Job Description
- Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will be responsible for the accounting processes across the business.
- Business Partnering with Senior members of staff
- Formulate and distribute timely monthly financial reports
- Enhance customer service in relations to all aspects of financial accounting
- Safeguard quality control over financial reporting and financial transactions.
- Be the main contact for the external auditors and will take responsibility for ensuring that all the audit process is complete in line with the audit timetable.
- Involvement in the new system implementation and procedures
- Ad-hoc projects as required by the Finance Director
- Provide cover for team when required
- Mentoring and developing team members

The Successful Applicant
- Qualified accountant - ACA / CIMA / ACCA
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop and nurture relationships
- Line management experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent excel skills
- Proactive self-starter
