Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the financial planning and budget management functions for the retail department.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to enhance financial visibility and business decision making.
  • Lead the creation of financial reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Develop strategies to optimise financial performance and strategic position.
  • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure a high level of competence and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • Proven experience in a finance management role within the retail sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
