Job Description

  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis procedures of the organisation.
  • Implement and improve financial analysis systems and models.
  • Prepare detailed budgeting and forecasting reports.
  • Collaborate with senior management to make informed financial decisions.
  • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Perform market research to stay updated on financial trends.
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and modelling tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior FP&A should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
  • Strong familiarity with financial planning and analysis practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
  • This is an office based role
