Senior In-House Property Solicitor

Are you a Property Solicitor looking to do something different and make a move in-house? Do you have at least 5y PQE and demonstrable experience of running projects and dealing with senior clients/stakeholders?

We are working with a team who are looking to recruit a senior property lawyer to join their in-house function.

This is an opportunity for you to take on a strategic role within the business. The role is busy and challenging and will be very broad in terms of the queries and issues that you and the team will deal with. The team outsource a lot of their project work to external lawyers so a big part of the role will be co-ordinating this work and dealing with the external law firms. You will be the point of contact internally for a lot of stakeholders - so you will be asked a lot of ad hoc questions and questions relating to ongoing projects. You won't necessarily be sat drafting the work- so this might appeal to a private practice lawyer who is looking to branch out and do something different.

You will be supporting on a range of projects within the business in what is a very busy sector.

The team is looking for a commercially focused lawyer who has the gravitas to liaise with senior directors within the business, as well as dealing with stakeholders with a range of commercial experience.
