We are seeking a dedicated Senior HR Advisor who is experienced to join a Not for Profit organisation. The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations. Located in Wolverhampton, they pride themselves on their commitment to employee development and welfare.

Job Description

  • Facilitate recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Manage employee relations issues and act as a point of contact for staff queries.
  • Conduct performance management and provide feedback to staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice on employment law and best practice.
  • Oversee employee training and development initiatives.
  • Manage HR administration, including contracts, records, and reports.
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy of the institution.
