Job Description

The Senior HR Manager role will be responsible for running the HR operations team. The role will work closely with the HR Director and also deputise (the HRD works 4 days a week). The role will be a real mix of strategic, operational and project work. The role will also have a team of 4 HR staff.

The Successful Applicant

The Senior HR Manager will need a proven background in HR, ideally in a white collar environment. They will need to be able to show a strong foundation in core HR, including ER (though very little ER cases in the business). They will also need proven people management experience.
