The role will work closely with the HR Director and also deputise (the HRD works 4 days a week). The role will be a real mix of strategic, operational and project work. The role will also have a team of 4 HR staff.The Successful ApplicantThe Senior HR Manager will need a proven background in HR, ideally in a white collar environment. They will need to be able to show a strong foundation in core HR, including ER (though very little ER cases in the business).
